What qualifies as a long-term stay?
Any reservation of 10 nights or more. Stays of 10–28 nights book online at our exclusive long-stay rate; 29 nights and up are custom-quoted by our Sales team.
Are pets allowed?
Yes — we’re a pet-friendly inn, so bring your dog or cat along. A one-time $75 pet fee applies per stay, and an additional deep-cleaning fee of up to $250 may apply if extra cleaning is needed after checkout. Let us know at booking and we’ll ready a ground-floor room for an easy in and out.
Is breakfast included?
Every morning. Our signature hot breakfast — sandwiches, fresh quiche, and classic favorites — is complimentary for all guests.
Is parking complimentary?

Long-term stays are billed weekly — a simple, predictable charge every seven days rather than one large sum up front. Custom-quoted stays can be set up on a billing schedule that works for you or your company.
How do I request a stay longer than 28 nights?
Submit the quote request on this page or call Sales at (315) 637-8000. We’ll build a customized rate for 29 nights and up, usually within one business day.
